Agreement

By booking or receiving services from Trusty Stewards LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you ("Client") agree to these Terms and Conditions. They govern all cleaning, upkeep, and home care services we provide.

Services

We provide residential cleaning, upkeep, and home care as agreed during your initial walkthrough and documented in your service agreement or work order. Each visit is guided by your home profile and any instructions provided in advance.

Scheduling and Cancellation

Recurring visits are held as a priority commitment. We require 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule without charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of up to 50% of the scheduled visit rate. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in removal from our recurring schedule.

Access and Entry

You agree to provide a safe and legal means of entry on scheduled visit days. We will never enter your home outside of scheduled times without your explicit authorization. If we cannot access your home through no fault of our own, a lockout fee may apply. You represent that you have legal authority to grant us access to the premises.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of each visit unless otherwise agreed in writing. We process payment through our secure booking platform (Jobber). Overdue balances may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

Satisfaction

If you are not satisfied with any aspect of a visit, notify us within 24 hours and we will return to address the concern at no additional charge. Claims made after 24 hours may not qualify for a re-service visit.

Damage and Loss

We treat your home with care and take responsibility for damage caused by our team. Damage must be reported within 24 hours of a visit. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to improperly secured or inherently fragile items.

Our liability for any single incident is limited to the lesser of the actual cost of repair or replacement, or the cost of the visit during which the damage occurred. We are fully insured; applicable claims will be handled through our insurance carrier.

Scope of Services

We perform cleaning and upkeep tasks only. We do not perform structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, or other licensed trade work. If we identify an issue requiring professional attention, we will notify you and, with your approval, may help coordinate a referral through our network.

Products

We use only MADE SAFE and EPA Safer Choice certified, fragrance-free cleaning products. If you have specific allergies or sensitivities, please inform us before your first visit. We do not use client-provided products unless specifically agreed in advance.

Non-Solicitation

You agree not to directly hire or solicit any current or former Trusty Stewards team member for home services during the term of your service agreement and for 12 months following termination. A referral fee may apply if such an arrangement occurs with our knowledge.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services at our discretion, including in cases of unsafe working conditions, abusive behavior toward our team, or repeated violations of these Terms.

Photography

With your permission, we may photograph completed work for quality assurance and Stewards Log documentation. We will not use photographs for marketing purposes without your separate written consent.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chatham or Orange County, NC.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Active clients will be notified of material changes. Continued use of our services following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
