What we offer
Every home is different.
Your care should be too.
Three levels of service designed to match your home and your life. Every engagement begins with the Stewards Log — a secure, living record of your home that deepens with every visit.
Standard on every engagement
The Stewards Log
Before we start care, we walk your whole home — systems, surfaces, mechanical, filters & batteries, and visible issues are noted. What we find goes into the Stewards Log: a living record of your home, built on day one and updated on every visit that follows.
The Log is what turns a cleaning appointment into stewardship. It's how we know when your HVAC was last serviced, which contractors you trust, what we noticed in March that will need attention before winter. That knowledge belongs to you — and it compounds with every visit.

Consistent care, from people who know your home.
Recurring Home Care is weekly or bi-weekly cleaning and upkeep from a named team, every time — a relationship with your home that deepens visit after visit.
After every appointment you receive a visit entry in your Stewards Log: what was done, anything noticed, anything worth your attention. Over time, that record becomes something more than a checklist — a picture of your home's rhythms, its needs, and what's coming before you have to think about it.
We clean exclusively with green-certified, low-VOC products throughout — better for your home's air quality, your household, and the local watershed.
A good fit if you want reliable, eyes-on care from people who know your space — and consistent, informed help coordinating what it needs.
For the moments that don't fit neatly in a schedule.
Guests arrive on short notice. A renovation runs three weeks longer than planned. Spring comes and the whole house needs a reset. These moments don't schedule themselves — and scrambling for help in the middle of them is its own kind of stress.
This service is built for exactly those transitions: preparing your home for guests or events, restoring order after repairs or construction, deep seasonal cleans, and anything else life throws at the calendar. We plan ahead when you can give us notice and respond quickly when you can't.
For homeowners who also have a Stewards Log, surge visits are faster and more targeted — we already know your home, your preferences, and where to focus first.
A good fit if your household moves fast and you need surge support — available, reliable, and already familiar with your home.
A complete partnership.
Estate Care extends into every corner of your home's life. Recurring cleaning and upkeep. Maintenance coordination with trusted partners. A Stewards Log that captures not just what was cleaned, but how the HVAC was last serviced, when the roof was last inspected, which contractor you trust and which you don't.
That knowledge builds over time, and it becomes something genuinely valuable: a home that's maintained, known, and ahead of potential problems.
You also have direct access to your stewards team via text, so when something unexpected comes up, you're not starting from zero. You're reaching people who already know your home.
Quarterly conversations keep the bigger picture in view — what's coming in the next season, what to prioritize, what can wait. Estate Care isn't for every homeowner. But for those who want a true partner, it's the highest form of what we do.
A good fit if you want a true partner in caring for your home — not a vendor to schedule, but a team with the context and authority to act.
What homeowners ask us first.
What is the Stewards Log?
The Stewards Log is the living record of your home — built on our first visit and updated on every one that follows. It begins with a whole-home walkthrough: systems, surfaces, mechanical, air and water quality, signs of wear. That initial picture becomes a growing history — service dates, contractor preferences, seasonal notes, and ongoing observations. It's what makes the difference between cleaning a house and stewarding a home.
Do I need to be home during visits?
No. Most of our homeowners give us a way in and go about their day. We notify you when we arrive and when we leave, and you receive a visit entry in your Stewards Log afterward. We never enter your home without your prior authorization — that's a principle we hold without exception.
What makes Trusty Stewards different from a regular cleaning service?
The short answer is stewardship versus tasks. A cleaning service comes in, cleans, and leaves. We build a relationship with your home over time — the same named team on every visit, a Stewards Log that captures your home's systems and history, and a partnership model where we bring things to your attention before they become expensive surprises. We also clean exclusively with green-certified, low-VOC products, because a well-tended home starts with what you put in the air and water.
How many team members will come to my home?
Your care team is a named, consistent group — typically two people. They're assigned to your home and stay with you, so they learn your preferences, your space, and what matters most to you. You're not getting a rotation of strangers.
What neighborhoods do you serve?
We currently serve Briar Chapel, Chatham Park, Governors Club, The Preserve, and Legacy, along with neighboring Chatham County communities. If you're nearby and unsure whether we cover your neighborhood, just reach out — we're happy to let you know.
How do I get started?
Start with a brief inquiry — tell us about your home and what matters most to you. From there, we schedule a walkthrough at your convenience, open your Stewards Log, build a care plan together, and introduce you to your named stewards team. Most homeowners are up and running within two weeks of first contact.
Not sure which is right for you?
Most homeowners start with a conversation. Tell us a little about your home and what matters most — we'll point you in the right direction.
